Vacant home Staging

Vacant home tends to sit on market longer.  There is no frame of reference, so rooms look smaller, and it's more difficult for buyers to visualize its potential or make an emotional connection.  We understand what buyers are looking for in today's market and have a wide variety of furniture and accessories available, on a rental basis, to convert those empty rooms into a warm and inviting home.

Work Process

We have an easy plan that will help you begin your journey to a successful property sale.

1. Complimentary On-site Visit:  We will assess the property and discuss the objective and budget. 
2. Proposal:  We will recommend a variety of staging plans, pricing, and available dates.
3. Staging: Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, we can then schedule the staging date.  Staging typically takes one day, but can take up  to two if the property is larger. The furniture rental term for the chosen staging plan usually ranges from one to two months.
4. De-staging: After you've achieved your goal, we will come to remove the furnishing.  This is a quick process, usually completed within one full work day.  We do require 10-day advance notice for furniture removal.
